Redirecting credit where it's due:  It was John Nogatch AC6SL who did
the (quite substantial!) work to get this new wsjt packaged all
ship-shape, not me!

Thanks should go to John AC6SL, and of course to Joe Taylor K1JT and the
upstream wsjt development team.  Thanks!
