Normally irc channels are created just by joining, but IRC is not so
important in the beginning. Mailing List is. :D


Next Step, Anthony has to apply here (Support Request) [1] for
recognizing us as a language translating team, according to the
Guidelines in [2].
When we're accepted as a Team, the rest of the document follows.

I assumed by your earlier comment, Anthony, that that original application was dead. So now I assume that it it isn't (?).

I guess that puts more weight on my suggestion to prompt dpw about it on irc.
