Warm wishes for Deepavali.

Good point you've brought up regarding 'pending tasks in translation'.

Can we team up and set targets for every month?
We can segregate the packages amongst ourselves and work towards the target
on monthly basis.

We can mark the month of March for 'Reviews', so that we target a 'practical
chunk of work' to be finished before 11.04 release.
