  OpenDKIM fails to load when comments are present

Bug description:
  Affects: OpenDKIM version 2.10.3

  If a comment is present after the `SOCKET=` line in
  `/etc/default/opendkim` like below, OpenDKIM will fail to launch,
  citing invalid usage.
