[Bug 586129] [NEW] codecs (p. 89)

Public bug reported:

I am reading the Ubuntu Manual rev. 788 (as part of the "Show us ya
bugs" initiative), and in Chapter 3, on p. 89, I believe I have
discovered some information errors regarding codecs.

1) libdvdcss2 is not available from multiverse. It must be downloaded
via the script mentioned immediately after. It should be removed from
the list of things to be installed via SW Center.

2) The gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse and gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse packages (from multiverse) are nowhere mentioned in this section, yet provide plugins for such things as e.g. h.264.
The gstreamer0.10-fluendo-plugins-mp3-partner package (from the Canonical partner repo) could also be mentioned, though instructions for enabling the repo (clicking the "enable repo" button from the repo list in SW Center) would have to then be provided.

** Affects: ubuntu-manual
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
