[Bug 584537] Re: notification area is/will be obsolete

I believe the notification area is still being called the notification
area, just the behaviour is changing. To differentiate between old and
new behaviour, developers have given the new system a name "application
indicators."

To the end user, it's still an area for notifications - therefore,
notification area. Therefore, I think the text is okay.

Status in Ubuntu Manual: Confirmed

Bug description:
I am reading the Ubuntu Manual v. 788 (as part of the "Show us ya bugs" initiative), and in Chapter 2, on pp. 23-24, I believe I have discovered an incorrect information bug. The Manual makes frequent mention of the notification area here; however, the notification area is supposed to be going away by Maverick, and is currently on end-of-life/end-of-support, as it were, in Lucid. This (if it is determined a problem) should be changed to application indicators.
