This string https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/raring/+pots/ubuntu-manual/fr/846/+translate mentions "the \emph{Subject} field"
For consistency with this one https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/raring/+pots/ubuntu-manual/fr/844/+translate, I think "the \textfield{Subject} field" would be better.
