Public bug reported:

Further to the 'Getting started with Ubuntu 16.04' pdf manual. The
download page http://www.ubuntu.com/download does not have the section
"Easy ways to switch to Ubuntu” that is mentioned on page 10 of the
Installation chapter under section 'Creating a bootable USB drive.'
