Ilya Haykinson has written about the chapter structure. Please consider it
and jot some feedback down as a comment on the bug report, we will probably
discuss this in the brief tonight. What Ilya is proposing is a complete
chapter overhaul which will affect everyone and will change the manual
dramatically. I want everyone to have a say in this matter.
