It looks like we are heading towards just using in line definitions, are
we ok with that? I know the original idea was to create a glossary at
the end.  I sort of like the new idea of putting the definitions were
the user actually needs them but I don't know.

Thoughts?

P.S. I am updating the wiki to include all of the cool features that
godyk made, it is so nice to have a pro at latex!
