[Bug 513257] [NEW] Text formatting for links

 

Public bug reported:

When using \chaplink there is no visual difference in the text between
normal text and the link. It is not obvious that link is click-able. The
same is true when using \href.

Some formatting should be applied to make a distinction between normal
text and links. The text colour could be changed to one of the reds used
in the titles.
