Find below my comments for Chapter 9 - Troubleshooting

*I installed Windows and can no longer start Ubuntu*

I think Chapter 1, the *Installing Ubuntu to the hard* drive section should
provide more information on how to dual boot, this will result in less
people breaking their Windows systems whilst trying to dual boot.

The how to dual boot section should provide instructions on how to dual boot
when:

1. Windows is instaled first &
2. When Linux is installed first

Prevention is better than cure - its good to teach them how to dual boot
than how to fix a broken system whilst trying to dual boot, and in most
cases these new users will be running Windows or a different flavour of
Linux would like to try Ubuntu along with what they are already using.

Where are my deleted files?*
After opening the trash one can also right click the desired file/folder and
choose restore (Trash will restore files to their original location). You
might also want to point out that the trash is on the right bottom corner of
the screen by default (on the panel)

Things to add:*

1. Wireless network troubleshooting - wireless networking is a pain due to
proprietary drivers (most people will expect wireless to work flawlessly out
of the box)
