Thanks for the update Benjamin. I am glad that we're condensing the manual a
little bit. This seems like an intelligent structural change.

I'd like to point out that Troubleshooting is now chapter 8 and Learning
More is chapter 9, the last chapter.

We're almost there! Good work everyone.
