Re: Anyone using a modem, or with access to a modem? Need your help with chapter 3.

 

So network manager doesn't support dialup by default?

It would seem a bit silly to force you to download a package from the
internet before you can get the internet.

Especially with Ubuntu's emphasis on helping third world countries.
