Hi all!

I made a summary [1] of useful things for editors and translators. Basically
I went through the mailing list (388 mail threads including this one :D )
and wrote everything I found useful. So new editors/translators won't have
to go through this again.
Heh ;) it's manual for Manual. :D

Of course - it's not perfect. So please everyone who have additional/better
information, please, fill them in.

At the end, when it's perfect, I would imagine it on our wiki.
