Hey Kevin
I know it's late for the first release, anyway.

Relating to bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/+bug/565343 about
manual conventions.
I found that \application tag do nothing. At least it looks like.
For an example see attached image where "Ubuntu Software Center" is in this
tag. Other occurrences of this tag looks the same.
