The legal notice on page 88 concerning asks the user: "Please obtain
legal advice if you are unsure" whether a codec is allowed in their
country.

Where should they seek legal advice, their lawyer? Is there not a
webpage where this is addressed? A link to a list of codecs and
countries could be linked to in the margin.

(I can't find such a webpage...)
