Public bug reported:

trying to unblacklist a video card in compiz but even with ghex 2 it's
not doing it the file is somehow hardcoded and will not let me
unblacklist it i have a nvidia card but compiz still picks up the intel
blacklisted card and it is turned off.I have also tried the skipcheck
and adding the ppa for karmic but nothing works.
