Hi Martin,
The "\notecallout" tag isn't used on manual. Instead of it use the
"\marginnote" tag.
E.g (srting 1290<https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/lucid-e1/+pots/ubuntu-manual/cs/1290/+translate>
)
*\notecallout[Definition]*{A \acronym{PPA} is a \emph{Personal Package
> Archive}. These are online repositories used to host the latest versions of
> software packages, digital projects, and other applications.}

*Czech translation *
*\marginnote*{\acronym{PPA} znamená \emph{Personal Package Archive} (Osobní
> archiv balíčků). Jde o online repozitář sloužící k poskytování nejnovějších
