Re: German edition

Hello, Daniel.

Here's a list of some of the things I need before we can publish the
German edition:

1. Copyright text. There are two versions of the copyright page--one
for the print edition and one for the on-screen edition.

% Begin copyright text

California, 94105, USA.

colleagues, friends, family, and anyone else who might be interested.

% End copyright text

2. Translate the string "title page". This refers to the first page
of the book (i.e., not the cover, but the title page on the interior
of the book).

3. We need to use the English version of the Creative Commons license
for now. If you'd like to include a paragraph as a preamble that
points them to a German language version on the web, you may.

4. Look at the Mitwirkende chapter and ensure that the line breaks in
the .tex file are correct. (They're not currently.) The line breaks
in this section are important as LaTeX forcing line breaks in the
resulting PDF in the same location.

5. Spot-check some page numbers in the index to ensure they're
correct. (Be sure to check some of the later page numbers -- they're
usually the ones that go off).

6. Translate the following text for the colophon:

% Begin colophon text
\smallcaps{Colophon}

This book was typeset with \XeLaTeX.

The book design is based on the Tufte-\LaTeX{} document classes
available at \url{http://code.google.com/p/tufte-latex/}.

The text face is Linux Libertine, designed by Philipp H. Poll. It is
an open font available at \url{http://linuxlibertine.sf.net/}.

The captions and margin notes are set in Linux Biolinum, also designed
by Philipp H. Poll and available at the same \acronym{URL} above.

The terminal text and keystrokes are set in Bera Mono, originally
developed by Bitstream, Inc. as Bitstream Vera.

The screenshots were captured using Quickshot, available at
\url{http://ubuntu-manual.org/quickshot}.

The cover and title page pictograms contain shapes taken from the
Humanity icon set, available at \url{https://launchpad.net/humanity}.

The title page and cover were designed using Inkscape, available at
\url{http://inkscape.org/}.
% End colophon text

That's all I've got for the moment.

Thanks!
