At the moment, I would recommend *not* translating the lucid-e2
version.  The translation template file hasn't been updated since the
branch was created (which means it's currently equivalent to the
lucid-e1 template from May).  Further, we're still fixing bugs and
fiddling with the content (so things would be changing out from under
you even if the translation template were being updated regularly).

The lucid-e2 edition is set to be finalized (and released) on 29 July.
 So if you wait until then, things will be stabilized and I'll make
sure the translation template file gets updated.

Note that, as I understand it, Launchpad will not automatically apply
translations from the lucid-e1 branch to the lucid-e2 branch -- at
best, the translations will appear as suggestions so that you may
verify their correctness and choose them from the list.  I may be
wrong in this, however.
