Using Quickshot to capture screenshots

Team,

I started exploring Quickshot to capture screenshots for ubuntu 10.10

Some links to explore.

http://ubuntu-manual.org/quickshot
http://ubuntu-manual.org/quickshot/help

After installed, when open, It asks for
Recently accessed
public projects
Local File (.qsproj)
Project URL.

No idea on what to give there. :-(

Fortunately, kosmos from our list
sent a mail with the details of the server for quickshot.

it is
http://flan.uguu.ca:5000/ump

for 10.10
http://flan.uguu.ca:5000/ump/10-10

The URL for qsproj is
http://flan.uguu.ca:5000/ump/10-10/%5Bump%5D10-10.qsproj

If we give the URL for qsproj directly in QuickShot in Project URL box,
it is not working.

We have to save the
http://flan.uguu.ca:5000/ump/10-10/%5Bump%5D10-10.qsproj
file locally and use as Local File in QuickShot.

After loading the file, It opens the list of screenshots required.
We have to create 40 screenshots for 10.10

Here are my queries.

I captured 19 screenshots.
some screenshots need a portion of a window like
location bar of firefox
list of alternate search engines in firefox
etc.

Do we have any process to crop the screens to fit into the requirement?

After uploading, the status changed to "pending". What it means?
Who will review this? What is the next step?

We have to move the info about the qsproj files to our domain [
ubuntu-manual.org]
or [quick-shot.org]

We need to add more languages into language selection.

Thanks.
