Hi there ....  I would like to have a Kindle version of the manual.  The
PDF when converted is messy and barely useable.  I'd be happy to offer a
Kindle version and to maintain it when it is updated to Natty.  To do
this, I would need a non-pdf version.

I have updated and am maintaining Cassidy James 'Simple Guide' which is
