The workbook shows a lot of activity, proposed changes, or completed work.

Please ensure that you either, use bzr commit and push your changes up to
launchpad, OR send your updated .tex file to me and I'll push them for you.
We need to get our chapters in sync on launchpad in order to circle back on
any missing sections, etc.
