I usually make final adjustments to the screenshots and margin notes
just prior to building the final PDF.  If we make manual adjustments
now, we'll have to keep fiddling with them every time someone adds,
removes, or modifies text and screenshots in earlier sections of the
manual.

Andrew: Have you committed the screenshots to bzr?
