It's menu bar, title bar, and toolbar.  You can find the answers to
these types of questions in the style guide at
<http://files.ubuntu-manual.org/style-guide.pdf>.  (See the word list
at the end of the manual.)  If there are questions that aren't
answered in there, feel free to email me or the list and I'll add more
entries.  (It's a short word list so far, but I'd like to see it grow
to answer these types of questions.)

The HUD should appear when you tap the Alt key.  Tapping the Win key
brings up the Dash.
