Hello all,
As John decided to step down as our authors coordinator, we were looking 
for, and found a new one: Jim. Jim has already contributed extensively 
to the manual as an author\editor.
Thanks, John, for all the work you have done as authors coordinator for 
the manual.
And thank you, Jim, for having accepted this new challenge.
