Hello,
As an experiment I have added a column to our shared spreadsheet: Bug 
reports.
We could add the bug url to the corresponding section/chapter so the 
author/editor responsible for the section/chapter can take care of it.
I think it can work, as long as there are not too many bugs for a 
section/chapter.
Let me know if you think this is a good idea.
