For those of you who are eager to start writing for the Saucy version

I invite anyone of you to send links to "what's new in 13.10" to this

I would suggest that all of you check out Jono Bacon's notes on the most
recent UDS. Though not everything is applicable, some changes will be
worth noting in the manual.

Also, it will be interesting to see what happens with the ongoing
discussion regarding the replacement of Firefox with Chromium in default
install, as that will surely be something that will have an effect on
the manual.

Above is a link to the UDS discussion, but as no decision has currently
been made, you will certainly see more about this in the near future.
