I have updated this script that it works with the raring version. Due
to the modified syntax of the glossary entries and the new commands
indexstart and indexend the update was necessary.

The usage is the same as I described in my first email from 12th
march, only the new command in the ubuntu-manual.tex has a little
change, too.

\newcommand{\lplink}[1]{\makebox[0cm][r]{\href{https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual/raring/+pots/ubuntu-manual/\polang/#1/+translate}{\protect\small{\normalfont[#1]}}}}

This is one line. The little change is the \protect command. It is
necessary due to the new indexstart and indexend commands.

I tested the script with the French, Slovenian and Spanish version
(all at 100%!) and it works on my side. Please test it and give any
feedback.

Have fun with proofreading your translation! :-)

Greetings, Carsten
