Re: in or on the Launcher?
I'm leaning more toward *IN* the Launcher. The Launcher is ON the desktop
(permanent); we interact with the tiles IN it (transient). But then, if you
want to open the clock app in the title bar, you click ON it, not IN it!

Grammatically, it would probably be OK either way..as long as we're
consistent throughout the manual.
