I'm not sure how this relates to what Ricky told you (or what you're
doing) but if you view the source of the home page of the website, you
see this at the top:

So that would be the license for the site at least (at least that's my
understanding of how it works). For clarification (and to cover your
bases) you could either wait for Kevin to reply, or send him an email,
as he's in charge.
