Hi Jim,

HUD is working on my system using the same left <alt> key. I upgraded to
Ubuntu 13.10 yesterday.
I tested nautilus , Firefox and chromium. all responded to HUD.

There aren't any visible changes to HUD. So I guess the HUD description in
the manual will remain the same.
