Here's some more information on the new distribution channels:

These 'expanded channels' are primarily for resellers to use. That is,
if you own a bookstore, you would now see our manual listed in the
catalog of books in print that you can purchase to sell to your
customers. These channels aren't for selling directly to readers.

Sure! From January 1, 2013 through today, here's the breakdown of the
number of manuals purchased from each channel:

* Amazon: 177
* Amazon Europe EUR: 199
* Amazon Europe GBP: 339
* CreateSpace: 54
