If CreateSpace were to look, they'd notice that I'm selling the
manuals at no profit to me. (That is, I set the price as low as they
will allow me and they're the only ones making money from the sales.)
One would think that would help alleviate their concerns a bit.
I expect a large number of their users are publishing Creative
Commons–licensed works through their service. But if they're
adamantly opposed to making money selling our work, then I guess I'll
have to find another service that's more amenable. :-)
Hopefully they'll decide they were in error and make the manuals
available once more.
