Re: French and Spanish manuals pulled from CreateSpace
Out of curiosity, why did we move from lulu.com to CreateSpace? I
remember you telling us about the move (but don't remember the reasons).
I see that Lulu is also affiliated with Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and
other booksellers. Maybe it's time to look at them again.
