You can view the changes that have been pushed to Launchpad at
<https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-manual/ubuntu-manual/trusty>,
substituting for 'trusty' the branch you're interested in.
On that page, you can look at the recent changes (toward the bottom of
the page). You can also click on the 'Browse the code' link to look
at the current state of individual files.
I'm not sure if this addressed your question or not. If it didn't,
please let me know.
