Dear Team,

I am writing to find out how one checks to ensure that any changes made 
to a document has been successfully amended. I simply do not want to 
depend on Bazaar solely. I do know of a way of checking within 
launchpad.net and would simply like to know how I can view the record 
that changes made by me have been sent through with no issues.
