Hi ,

We are new here, so first , thanks for your great work on Ubuntu Manual !

We (Ekimia) are shipping ubuntu preinstalled laptops in Europe and are
willing to include a "quickstart" manual , printed or digital with our
laptop in order to answer several questions or the Ubuntu nex comer.

We started to "compile" the latex version of the manual  :

- How to we specify the laguage of the manual we want to generate ?
- Do you publish some "nightly" of the PDF version for french flavour ?
