I'm not sure how well this would work, but you could try importing the
manual into Scrivener and converting it. They convert to various formats
including .pdf, .epub, and I believe Amazon's format as well.

If I think of it this weekend, I can try importing the manual in. One site
that I saw suggests that it converts the file to rtf, which means it might
lose some pictures and other formats.
