I just did a update on the wiki for offline updating.

As a user of Ubuntu, a few years ago I had trouble when I want to add other
applications in ubuntu through the repository, while I have a slow
connection.

When one member named ubuntu Fajran Indonesia, making the Ubuntu repository
to dvd ISO file, this is very helpful ubuntu users in Indonesia because not
everyone connected to the Internet to update or add other applications
through the repository.
