removing ubuntu-universe-sponsors for now until there is an decision

I vote for syncing the tor package after we found a who's key is trusted
by TOR. I see two solution: We may ask the Debian maintainer to maintain
the package in Ubuntu (he already provides packages for Ubuntu) and we
give him upload rights or Aron Xu gets involved upstream and his key
signed and trusted.
