   udd-patchsys.rst links to
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DistributedDevelopment/Documentation/PatchSystem/PackagingGuide/PatchSystems

  This no longer exists. I'm not sure where it should point to now, or
  if it should just be dropped. My understanding is that the UDD docs
  now live here permanently. So was
  DistributedDevelopment/Documentation/PatchSystem/PackagingGuide/PatchSystems
  on the wiki actually the equivalent of udd-patchsys.rst?
