It's the first time I try to get a bug fix ( see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcb/+bug/988503 ) into
Ubuntu's packaging system and also the first time I try to use bzr. So I
follow the instructions in
http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/fixing-a-bug.html very
closely.

In the "Testing the fix" section I'm stuck:

$ bzr builddeb -- -S -us -uc
bzr: ERROR: Unbekannter Befehl »builddeb«

(that's german, "Unbekannter Befehl" means "unknown command")

Either the required command has changed and should be updated or my
system is missing a required package, which should be mentioned. For all
other unknown commands so far I got a recommendation on which package to
install, which helped, not so this time.
