[Bug 978493] Re: "bzr commit" should be "debcommit" in fixing-a-bug.html
I'll take care of this
So the new text will read "With the change log entry written and saved,
you can just run: debcomit and the change will be committed (locally)
with your change log entry as a commit message."
Any concerns? I'll make a branch and a merge request if everyone is ok with it

Title:
"bzr commit" should be "debcommit" in fixing-a-bug.html
Status in Ubuntu Packaging Guide:
New
Bug description:
When looking at the online site, it says:
"With the changelog entry written and saved, you can just run:
bzr commit
and the change will be committed (locally) with your changelog entry
as a commit message."
As far as I know, 'bzr commit' requires you to enter in a commit
message and doesn't take it from the changelog. The correct command
for this is 'debcommit'.
