Public bug reported:

In the past, the daily builds had been deployed automatically to
developer.ubuntu.com This isn't happening any more. The current PPA
version is at 0.3.1~bzr262, while the web site has 0.3.1~bzr255.

Feel free to close this if it is by design, but I imagine there is some
code failing somewhere on the server side.
