[Bug 1106399] [NEW] Use Ubuntu font in PDF

Public bug reported:

As this is the Ubuntu packaging guide, we should be using the Ubuntu
font. Sadly, this is not as simple as it sounds. I can think of some
really hacky ways to do this (i.e. convert the ttf to something usable
with latex at build time or ship it ourselves), but the best way would
be to get the font package to ship something usable itself.

** Affects: ubuntu-packaging-guide
     Importance: Wishlist
         Status: Confirmed
