Reading the post in full, it sounds to me like they're talking about
Ubuntu on Android, not Ubuntu Phone. But then the link to the BBC
article is about Ubuntu Phone, which is made even more confusing by the
headline.

Generally speaking and from what I've seen in other places, the way
Ubuntu for Android and Ubuntu Phone have been described in videos means
that quite a lot of people are unaware that there is a difference.

Anyway, FairPhone definitely sounds like a hardware vendor that it would
be worth talking to. They have staff in Amsterdam and London so it
shouldn't be too difficult.
