Lucid is maybe really a little bit old, but I don't think that it has 
something to do with the version of Ubuntu, but a lot of people can't 
boot their device. I experienced the same problems, maybe this has 
something to do with some files that are build to 
"out/target/product/codename/root" (for my Neo V) but not integrated to 
the zip you want to flash, but I haven't tried it out yet.
