I know CDMA is not supported yet but it seems some things will also be
needed on the Ubuntu side as well.  Just contributing what I learned so far.

Hm, you might want to check what would be needed for oFono to deal with CDMA based modems, as I know it's not fully supported yet.

Once this is working with oFono (base CDMA support), we just need to make sure that our rild-based oFono modem talks with it correctly.
